Report a translation problem
I remember having something similar to that after 'mandess' digital trip (not exactly like that, more like very bright fog - draw distance was low and the screen was too bright). Restarting/quitting the trip helped.
played bit trip and now its nowhere near a bother as it was before. it still pops up but only for half a second. and i dont know if i have to play it everysingle time that i play it but atleast i know a fix for it. thanks

Idk, I'd try to delete and reinstall as much as possible: drivers, the game itself, savegames (Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\%some_numers%\741), turn off cloud sync in uplay so it won't download old saves again, maybe reinstall uplay too, idk what else... And if all fails, maybe you could just set game time to noon with a trainer.
well ill try reinstalling first. for the driver should i just reinstall the graphics card?
