A UPLAY game requires UPLAY running in order to play it.
They didn't make South Park need Uplay, so who's to say they can't do the same with WatchDogs? :U

THQ was originally going to publish South Park, so the game wasn't developed with UPlay in mind. Ubisoft acquired the rights to publish the game after THQ went bankrupt. That's why South Park is the exception to the rule.
You've got a lot to say for a level 1 steam player with 3 games. Most of it is unhelpful, arrogant and abrasive. Good luck with that chum.
Dang. Guess i wont be buying WatchDogs then since it requires Uplay.
Shame, the game look like it deserves to be a best seller.
