Yep need more info but it's probably due to the memory issues, many of us are all in the same boat and waiting for Ubijoke to fix the game unfortunately.

My specs are very close to yours. Can you tell me how your "Display" options are set ingame? Not the "Graphics Quality" but "Disaplay."

Just like Bish said, the game ius poorly optimized, but the only issue I run into is some framerate issues when driving fast through the city.

everything is at medium. my display texture is at medium AA is off.
Sollux, try this;

Click on Start and type in msconfig (it will open youre Windows Configuration window)
Click on the Startup tab at the top
Select Disable all and select OK then reboot
Now try to run your game

What this does is it stops all optional software from loading into memory when you bnoot into windows. Sometimes people have a lot of unnecessary programs running that they don't use all the time and you can see it here. All this does is prevent it from loading into memory in the beginning, if you want to run the software all you have to do is launch it like you do your games. It's something to try at the very least. I had an issue running Assassin Creed IV and I found out that it was because I had D3D Overrider running in the background and it was crashing my game.

GPU Max Buffered Frames 1

God knows why this is in the game settings, but the default is 3 or something, even on a really powerful pc its going to cause input lag, on a modest pc it will do the same AND stutter like a nerd in the womens changing room.
