Go to: documents/my games/Watch_Dogs
Open the folders till you reach a single .XML file called GamerProfile.
Right click on the file and select: Open with: Notepad
Once opened look for "smoothness" (using control F helps)
Change the data value from 1 to 0
Save your changes.
DONE! Mouse acceleration should now be disabled completely!

To remove mouse acceleration in Watch Dogs, exit the game and go to – C:\Users\your username\Documents\My Games\Watch_Dogs\folder and look for ‘GamerProfile.xml’.
Open GamerProfile with a text editor and set ‘Sensitivity’ from 0 to 1. Set ‘UseMouseSmooth from 1 to 0. Set ‘Smoothness from 1 to 0. Setting these values like this should remove the mouse acceleration from the game.
Now i can use the mouse in the menu's
I can confirm that this doesn't do anything.
