uplay cant go online

Hey I cant seem to get uplay to go online, it just keeps giving me the error saying that I have no internet, but obviously im online with steam now so I dont know what uplays issue is. I would just play watchdogs offline like I wanted to anyways but it is not in my uplay game library as I need to activate it with the code first and i can only do that online. Please help.

I'm having a similar problem, every time I try to activate my game it says the servers are down so I can't even play offline either, greatest use of 60$ eh? Might as well have thrown 60$ into the garbage disposal, at least that way Ubisoft wouldn't have gotten any of it.

lol at this point i could have gotten a torrent and been able to play the game, but here I am a paying customer being screwed over by something that doesnt stop pirates.

You don't understand, I literally can't activate my keys, it says the servers are unavailable and they can't register my game at this time, so I can't play. I've been trying to activate my keys since before the game was released and this whole time it wont let me do it.

thats my exact issue, steam works fine its uplay that wont even allow me to go online to put in a code to play the game.

Issue RESOLVED!
if you are like me you have uplay set to auto log in so you dont have to type in credentials. When it fails to connect hit cancel and retype your email and password. This got me online!

I'm currently having the same issue after I just received my The Crew beta-key-.-

I already tried reinstallung uplay and changing my password... nothing helped... even on my phone i can't log into the ctOS-App as it always the Uplay Service is currently unavailable... but my freinds can log in without any probs...

One thing to look at aside from the auto-log trick is to make sure your firewall is not blocking Uplay, that was my issue with my first Uplay game.

Also, if you cant connect still and get a error code, try looking up the error code, often the resolution lies in error codes (not just Uplay, but any techenical issue in general)
