Disappearing minimap icons and gun reticle?

Has anyone else experienced/solved the glitch where the minimap will lose all its icons, and the gun reticle when fine-aiming goes away? Here[i.imgur.com] is a link to a screenshot where you can see that the minimap has no icons on it, and even though I'm aiming my weapon, there's no white dot in the middle of the screen.

This started after I began the mission that takes you to meet a certain character at "The Bean", and the guy drops his champagne bottle. I have tried reloading checkpoints, restarting, changing graphics settings, looking for options in the HUD and map screens I might've accidentally toggled, but no dice. Anyone successfully come back from this?

Yes i have same issue and dont know how to solve it before that i have a loading screen problem and i started a new game and now this ..

You can fix it by deleting your GamerProfile.xml before you start the game each time. Annoying, but functional.

I have the same problem with the minimap and when I load a savegame, it stucks at 90%

This is like 8 years late lmao but what fixed it for me was opening the GamerProfile.xml file and changing the value of UseReticle from 0 to 1.

I have the same pbm but my gamer profile was good ? An Idea?
