here a fix havent tried it
SOLVED]:

thanks to sentunesys!

i explain the steps in more detail:

1. copy all files from the bin folder in watch dogs (usually here:C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\games\Watch_Dogs\bin)
into the watch_dogs folder.

2. delete the files from the bin folder (not the folder itself)

3. start uplay

4. when uplay is running, start the watch_dogs.exe directly from the watch_dogs folder.

!!!important!!! if you hit "play" in uplay the game wont start!! see step 4!

again, thanks to sentunesys! you saved the day man!

I fully fixed this crap already. Almost same way as [RG] GHOST posted.

Go to : C:>Program Files (x86)>Ubisoft>Ubisoft Game Launcher>games>Watch_Dogs>Bin

Copy/paste all from Bin folder to :
C:>Program Files (x86)>Ubisoft>Ubisoft Game Launcher>games>Watch_Dogs

Launch Uplay and insead of Play button go back to
C:>Program Files (x86)>Ubisoft>Ubisoft Game Launcher>games>Watch_Dogs
and open watch_dogs.exe

Fixed my problem 100%.

Dont delete any files, just copy/paste so you will have in /bin and /Watch_dogs same files.
