All maxed with temporal msaa only textures on medium because I can't play without extreme stuttering on high textures but even on medium there is stuttering too but more less then on high @50-60 FPS doesn't matter if the textures are medium/high/ultra.
Really bad because the textures looks like ♥♥♥♥ on medium...

What I don't understand is I have 1 gig vram, but if I run on high I get solid 40 - 50 which I'm perfectly happy with I don't care about 60 at all. it looks nice to. But the stutter in vehicles while not so bad, it gets frustrating easily, so I have to play on medium which I can run around 60fps but it stutters at times and then I haveto restart.

i5-3570K @ 4.0 GHz 12 GB DDR3 MSI 7970 BE Windows 8.1 Latest 14.6 AMD drivers. Game runs, no crashes. Which is a good thing, but I have stutter. lag. FPS dips with no matter what I adjust. I do not use the word "unplayable" at all unless that is the fact and unfortunately that is the case here.

It took me 3 tries to finish the intro to the game with the guards because I kept lagging forward or my FPS dipped while sneaking and my character would push into the open. 8 tries to finish the Act 1 - Backseat Driver mission for the same reasons. This just needs to be looked into if its on Uplay's end, the games or both. :-/

did you know that watch dogs is for nvidia cards, not amd. I get a perfect 60 fps on somehow maxed out with one 780 and 4770k.

And btw, 2x 295x2 is overkill for a 1150 socket cpu.

Yeah pretty much a huge overkill, plus that 4790 is bottlenecking those GPU's like crazy, and damn ..32GB platinums @ 3300Mhz on that tiny Motherboard.. a Rampage IV Extreme or Extreme Black along with a 4930k would be much better for these GPU's and Ram Sticks Imo.. my opinion. I have the feeling he's overexaggerating a bit..Rams at 3300Mhz.. with that cheap thermal paste these CPU's have i imagine the temps are breaking the 4th wall. Two Dual GPU cards on that tiny refresh CPU aren't going to perform well.. since these CPU's only support about 20Lanes (i could be wrong though).. unless the board has a PLX chip.. the frame latency would be damn high then i think..

yes "somehow" since plenty of people with your specs most certainly cant...

and are you two really that gullible? he is just messing with you or he is a lying nut job.

the 4790k is not even out yet. and a 4790k will be the fastest cpu for gaming out there until Haswell E and will be just fine for 295x2 crossfire.

You're the stupid one. And he's clearly a nut job.. the 3930/3960x / 4930/4960x are still unbeatable, especially in the newer games and games that will come out in the near future with 4+ core usage and Hyperthreading.
