Best graphics mod?
What is the best graphics mod? Heard good things about Nextgen Graphics Overhaul 2. Any alternatives? Would like it to be compatible with Living City.

there isnt best graphic mod,
the trick is install some merged mod,
so you have alot of best mod all togheter
looking for watch dogs merged mod on nexus, or even youtube you can find some,
where you just have to download and put inside game folder, already merged
