Most likely launcher, i had 12 games with same size updates (All ubisoft)

Yeah, all of the Watch Dogs games have the same size update. If it is a launcher update, I'm not sure why they can't just do it through Uplay.

I wish it was the Bedbug mission...

For those suffering with the Bedbug issue, the Living City mod does fix that particular (Bed)bug along with improving many other aspects of the game. Though if you're playing for achievements then yeah, sucks Ubi never bothered to fix it.

No issues here after the update.... I've got ngmod_251 merged into Living_City

dont know , hope add more BOT in mutiplayer only 1vs1 have player wait for 30mints , 4vs4 dont have player, however this game lighting design is much better tahn watchdog2 in CA/LA or watchdog 3 in London
