The servers work for some people and don't work for others. If they don't work for you, there is no fix. My advice is to just enjoy the singleplayer component.

Sorry but don't waste time putting a CTRL+V answer! The Main Problem it's not about our connection! the Servers itself on PC is not Working at all! But on Consoles Like PS4 and XONE is Working! don't know what is going on.

the antivirus swore, processed it for a long time, but still allowed to use it. my computer is completely protected from changes, so I'm not scared. do it at your own peril and risk. Check file to https://www.virustotal.com/gui/home/upload

saved the bin folder from the Watch Dogs game directory (you can rename it to return later). Then i created a new bin folder and added the downloaded files there and inserted the original files with the replacement (folder bin orig files) . Launched the game. Appeared online. Completely deleted the bin folder. Returned the original bin folder back. Launched the game. Online has not disappeared. Now I can choose online contracts in Watch dogs

also try deleting the file GamerProfile.xml C:\Users\.....\Documents\My Games\Watch_Dogs\87872... when the game starts, a new one is created
