i call BS on this though, as from my old days of PC gaming, i'm sure FPS & refresh rate are supposed to be equal so a choice of 50 or 60 would be preferred....but since the 360 has been the lead format, most dev's have only cared about getting the magical 30FPS constant......
it could just be very poor optimisation, or you could have a beta driver that hasn't been tested with the game, as it's a small title and has very little interest

That's interesting. My Titan can't manage more than 40fps because the game doesn't allow it. I wonder what's different about your setup.

Really? when I changed the sync value I mentioned earlier it definately uncapped the frame rate for me. I am not sure if it would make a difference but I am using an AMD card not Nvidia.
