you can use the knight as a HP "distributor" if you have cleric in your party and master with him the shared life spell to keep alive your sorcerers or druids in the battle, but keeping the knight just for this... a lot easier if you just simply master the water magic and buy the Lloyd's beacon and mark the new sorpigal church door to heal up your party.
i once started a 4 knight party and it was fun for a while beating the goblins and the hobos, but whitout spells it was just pain in the a.ss to micro manage the scroll spells, buff potions, hirelings, ect...
Best of the Best for MM6 - cause there is no limitation in skills... like in MM7
I finished the game with that team - all of them Level 1... Not even once traininghall visit...
