I don't know if it was specified there, but I didn't see it. Where are they from? Because then I'll know when autumn actually is.
For example, I live in Brazil, South America, here autumn is in another part of the year and so on.

I believe in English business terminology, "Fall" is just referring to september, october, and november, wherever you are in the world. So "Fall 2025" means "Sometime between september-november, 2025."
