Final Puzzle Sequence (I assume!)
Please note that the following question and spoilers relate to the puzzles that take place after solving each coloured area, in the area you arrive at after riding the elevator to the top

Has anybody got any hints on how to solve the puzzles here? I have reached the pink synthesizer and have messed around on it, mainly trying to highlight tiles that have cubes in them but to no avail. I noticed that some rows have multiple cubes, meaning not all tiles can be highlighted but I'm not sure how to determine which is the correct one. There are many more boards around and above me, but I assume I need to solve them sequentially.

The angle at which you have to solve the puzzle also makes it incredibly difficult.

I thought I might find answers scattered around the game world, but I'm afraid I'm stuck here. I can return to the Studio, but taking the door drops me back in the final area. I can't seem to find a way down!

If anybody has any hints on these puzzles (I'd prefer nudges in the right direction than solutions), or how to leave this area, leave a comment.

go to the highlighted pad areas, go into interact mode, panel should kinda show up. move cubes into highlighted areas. you have to move across the areas to move individual cubes

Thanks for the response.

What do you mean by moving the cubes? All I can do is click to highlight a tile, and click again to deselect it.

Those synthesizers are just bridges. The tiles you highlight can be walked over to get to the next part, they don't do anything else to my knowledge.

zkcrimson seems to be referring to the moving cube puzzles in the red secion of the main map, not the final area...

Here is one: have the knob settings used in final puzzles of each color in hand. You will need them again.

More: Just go up. I ended up just making path on tiles regardless what it sounds like. And the final mix sounds not very good. But I can beat the game. Move platforms. My strategy was to take those platforms with a small ball and a prism on them so I can have more capability moving platforms and make path.

Can anyone advise on this? (Or alternatively, advise a better place to go for support as this forum on steam is dead). Im on this very same puzzle, but i get to a horizontal light blue sequence, make a bridge, but theres a gap between the end of it and the next platform. Theres no way to get over to that platform as the gap is too small for anything to fit into and theres no movable platforms on that level.

Someone help please.

Keep looking...I think I know the gap you mean....at some point you can activate big green hoops around the edge of the area - rotating them down will light up some walkways that fill the gaps.

You can always screencap all the options you manufactured while solving the final puzzle (as/after solving it), along with the tunings (after solving the final puzzle, re-adjusting it won't re-break it), and then apply them between viewings (ALT-TAB from game to screenshots). Slightly tedious, but worth it, and beats the hell out of trying to memorize it. And yes, the path you make with the bridges contributes to the final tune you play.

I looked down the pit after climbing to the top and noticed that (by ear, before I actually looked, funny enough) the tune was crafted as I was solving the final puzzle; what I walked on was the tune I was writing. I don't know if you can change them by dropping down post-solving, but it's worth a shot. Just return to checkpoint that's at the top, and jump down to the next crafted bridge and re-write the song right there.

Yes, you can change them, but it's best to time the changing until you no longer need to cross that grid. I've been working on a walkthrough that includes details on how to achieve that.

I aim to have it up as walkthrough guide through the steam interface sometime soon too.
