Chapter 7 DNAs

I've been through this chapter a few times now, and I keep getting to the boss with only 49/50 DNAs. None seem especially hidden in this chapter, some are just hard to get to. So what am I missing? Is there one that's tough to see? Or is it part of the boss?

Yes. There's a hill you have to climb with unending stream of hay rolling down on it, it's located before it, very high.

That's definitely it. Do you just build a tower or climb the wall somehow? Or does it involve launching off the moving ladder below?

Solution: You need to build a ramp to fill the pit with it.

I'm adding a comment that says Chapter 7 DNA because when I had the exact same issue and searched "DNA", this thread didn't come up as your title has plural "DNAs"
Just so anyone in the future can find this more easily
