Blurry Double Images
So I just purchased the game today and when I went to play it noticed it looks very wrong. This is not me complaining about the black and white settings of the game or eye strain. While all text in the game appears fine all images have a blurriness/double image effect to them. I've tried changing all the video settings in the game but nothing is working to fix this. All my other games play fine so not really sure where the issue is exactly.

My pc specs are Intel i7-3820 3.60 GHz, 24GB Ram, Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti. I would appreciate any help anyone can offer it looks like a fun game but I just can't play it with this current display.

Edit: Seems I was wrong when I said all my other games are fine, now tseveral other games have this effect as well, Skyrim, Morrowind, and Fallout New Vegas all have the same issue now, yet this wasn't a problem before I installed Betrayer.

Even after uninstalling this game I now seem to have a permanant red after image thing on all games which play in 3D, not sure what this game did but I know I am very upset about this, not only does this game not work properly it caused several other of my games to malfunction.

Hey there skotie,

I highly doubt that the installation of this game is causing the issue you describe, let me see if I can help you out.

Does the problem you describe give off a visual similar to this picture
http://i.imgur.com/unsiB1e.jpg ? If this is the case, try disabling stereoscopic 3D in your NVidia control panel.

To do this, right click on your desktop and click nvidia control panel. You should see an option called stereoscopic 3D on the left hand side; uncheck this box and let me know if this fixes your issue. Keep me updated.

Mcslammer,

Yeah it looks like the image you've linked but I'm not seeing any options for stereoscopic 3D in my control panel. I would also agree that it seems unlikely installing the game would cause this but I've no other anwer for this, I first seen this effect after installing Betrayer, I don't usually adjust video settings too much for anything I play.

Well ok thats a start. If your games do appear similar to the one in the image posted then it would suggest that it is the stereoscopic 3D setting. stereoscopic imaging is a technique used to record and display 3D (three dimensional) images or an illusion of depth in an image.

Unless have the equipment and are tryin to view your games in 3D, you will want to uncheck this setting in your "Nvidia Control Panel", not your windows control panel.

To access this, right click on your desktop and select "Nvidia Control Panel", or go to the windows start button and type nvidia control panel in the search box. You should be able to disable the setting there.

If for some reason you do not have access to your Nvidia control panel, I would suggest going to the nvidia website, downloading your latest driver for the GTX 650 Ti - it should come packaged with a new control panel. Hope this helps man, keep me updated. Betrayer is a great game, hope you get to play it.

srry for the lengthy reponse, feel free to add me on steam if you would like further help.
