Sorry, I'm not 100% sure I understand. Are you saying you're getting stutters even though it's normally running at 60fps and removing VSync and motion blur doesn't fix them?

Are these stutters happening constantly or only during certain sections of the game?

yes stutter even tho my frame time in riva tuner graph is flat and motion blur is too weak

it happens mostly when you are in the house and away from computer

no fps drops told yyou my frame time is perffectly flat
the panning is just not smooth like other games i have played more like micro stutters, jittery

I can look into it, but it runs smoothly on the PCs I've tested it on... It would be great to know if lowering the resolution fixes the issue.

i have try lowering from 4k to 2 K and it does not help even v sync from nvidia control panel also jittery

Is the issue that the camera isn't turning as smoothly as the one in Night Call when looking around? Like it does so in a jittery way?

Ah that's a great reference, thanks. Yes, I think I know what this is. I've seen it happen inside the game engine but never in the actual game. I'll see if I can find a solution for it and upload it in an upcoming patch!
