I just checked and they are called "security column" in the game.
I also think I understand what I did wrong, I built the prison cells too far from the entrance. Those security droids where working their tail plates off. I will start over again and build it more effective.
Maybe it would be a good idea to hire some Kavagorians as security forces.
But OK you said campaign ... that´s a huge difference ... I always play sandbox mode

And what you already said build the Prison close to the Port.
I finished the mission but with 6 escapes and 3 deaths due to bomb attacks. I could have done it better, and I will go back to the mission after I finished the game.
i never knew that was possible and i played this game years ago back on disc and i actually opened both sides early which in my opinion was bad cause too much empty space and they all ran there when there were agent attacks
thanks man i knew bout that system but that + port never clicked to me
If you get too many crims on your station you can power down the portal, just remember that you'll start running out of money quickly if you do this for too long.
