Bulkhead Door Tutorial 2

I'm having problems with tutorial 2 where it's asking me ot right click on the bulkhead. Problem is I can't seem to right click to get something to happen. I'm not sure exactly what I'm doing wrong

There are these bulgy things buy the bulk head, try right clicking that. Either that or try the other bulkhead.

right click the red thing

If you have trouble finding the right spot, you can also right click the "wall", the doors that will open.

If an icon shows with a "denied" or so sign, then you can't open it.

If a lock with a green background appears then you can open it (the cost is below).
