How? How do I do that?

There are two? options but the outcome is more or less random.. you can get an option to eradicate monsters but you have to be strong enough to defeat one individual (if you cant that option will not be possible) other option is for to guild act as a ''restaurant'' you need the chef skill unlocked and.. to my understanding both you and your sister must ''develop'' a very tasty meals that happen when you have dinner and after eating you the mc says it was very delicious.. same for her when you cook and then.. just pray for event to develop keep cooking dinner with your sister until they start talking about the event (keep switching who makes the dinner not just you or her). There may be other option but im not sure.. funnily enough when i first played the game a did this no problem.. but when i played it second time i got screwed with rng or something i duuno.. and got farmer ending lol

Well. It is not really random. If you do well in the combat trials you will be allowed to go on the seal hunt.
If you fail to preform in the combat trials, you will instead be forced to do the cooking event.

EDIT:
Do note that unless you have the uncensored patch, you will not be able to do either due to a bug. You can only get the Farmers ending with an unpatched game.
