how to beat prepare a plan

1)again and again i get a farmer ending. what's the problem? ;< i already get cook skill and sis go to alchemy guild? maybe why still have prepare a plan?
2) why bounty not appear?
3) if beat seal gang prepare the plan not appear?

It's broken.

You need to install the full content patch, or you always fail that early quest and get the farmer ending. The game is functionally unplayable without the patch.

It's been like this for many, many months, and I don't know if they're ever going to fix it.

This is the type of a game that playing without the patch makes no sense.. :D forget the broken part.. you are missing like more than half of the content.. always check disscusion for a patch in 18+ games.. i dont even start playing till i make sure if there isnt one, cant imagine beating the game twice+ before asking :P
