Any way to unlock piledriver after curing sister?

I reaching day 100 and complete grand adventure i still have one position remain locked, after some research on steam i found out how to unlock it but i have cured sister, does that mean i'm hard locked from it? Any method i can use to unlock it on my main save?

Yes,it will be hard to unlock it.
1.Having a naughty dream to unlock it(you may have to dream multiple times to unlock it, maybe dream about your sister?)
2. F*** your sister and make her or**** more than 10 or 20 times(it's better to get 20 times) a night, then she'll be sick again.
3.restart the game to unlock it.

you can potentially get it on the first Naughty Dream. (reach your max naughty state and go to bed without touching sister.) It might be easier to do restart with NewGame+ where you could have a Better Oni-Chan roll.

i tried NewGame+, unlocked the position, used the position twice in different night, got a bad ending, go back to my main save and it's still remain unknown. i think i'll just try the dream method and hope to get it.

Thanks for the advice.

I tried Step #2 and it worked for me, though it does take awhile.
And I had cause her sick two times (sorry imouto-chan~), since on the First Sick attempt; the skill didn't unlock, but on the Second Sick attempt; the skill unlocked.
