Games of similiar quality

Usually avoid H games as they're worse than just watching some plain hentai - this one is more along the lines of good enough game-play, graphics, characters with the additional spicy content.

Any recommendations would be sweet.

I can't recommend Demons Roots enough. It's not great for pure fap material since pretty much all of the H content is tucked away in its own little corner of the map, but it's genuinely just a great RPG.

If you don't mind the fact that ALL of the sex scenes are rape, Magical Girl Celesphonia's good, too. There's also The Imperial Gatekeeper, which is Papers, Please on easy mode, and you can sexually harass people. Wish the artwork was better in that one, though. Pretty sure they're all published by Kagura Games as well, so you can buy the games through Steam and get the patches from their website, the same way you did for this game.

Lost chapter: a deck building game with random events (can be refreshed to get an event you want). Battles and some events can be made sexual to raise lust which is sexual damage you can deal to enemies. Amazing art style, interesting concept and battles can be fun.

Pray game/Ambrosia: rpg games where you corrupt the mc slowly and opens their desires more and more. I personally enjoyed Pray more, but corrupting a nun has its perks lol

Idol Hands: plays similar to this game as you are helping a talent grow and make a name. Its a pretty interesting game imo.

Eiyu Senki Gold: a tactical wartime game that has amazing art style and lots of characters to recruit/lewd. Gameplay can be repetitive if you are a completionist.

Though neither are finished. Second one might be complete in 2 years (currently on Ch 8, expected chapters are 12 to 13). The first one.. I doubt it'll ever have a conclusion, Season 3 (the next 4 chapters) isn't expected for another year, or so.

Can confirm that Eiyu Senki's good, and also very grindy and repetitive. I never managed to beat it, though I did enjoy what I did play.

But speaking of that, Littlewitch Romanesque is a game made by the same team that I can highly recommend. It's a raising game like Monochrome Fantasy based around a fun little dice game. You roll dice to gain XP and unlock spells, and as you get more spells, certain dice combinations lead to being able to cast magic to improve your results. So there's an addictive element of progression to it.

I bought the steam version during the spring sale before I knew there was a lewd version.
There is an restoration patch available (found the link in the steam forum)

Hush Hush is a surprisingly good game about making friends with girls during a summer trip, and getting them to fall in love with you to avoid disastrous ends. There are H elements to it, but it's done in a way where the story doesn't revolve around those elements, rather the other way around.

I tried going through my 1TB stash of H-games and I regretted. Here's what I found worthy of mention from my 1TB. (I did not go through my stash fully, that would drive me crazy)

Note that most if not, can't be found on steam. Steam has a weird standard on how much is acceptable for H-games, developers tend to censor their H-games before releasing on steam, requiring you to get external patch which can be troublesome. So you are better off just get the game somewhere else that's full content. (Bad news, they are mostly not English translated)
