During weekend choices and guild choices, you can save by first right clicking. A trick I didn't know about for the longest time.
Getting a good title at the beginning of the game can also help a lot, there's something of a guide on F95 site.
wait, titles actually do something? Huh, thats kinda neat. I wonder what being a "modified handsome onii-chan" does then.
Here is my tips:
1) try to keep cash above 600. If it dips below 500 (even if you/sister cooks to drop it below 500), your dinner will be "crappy" and has lower stamina regen and also may reduce mood of you/sis. You can save before bed to make yukari have a "help with the tavern" to make money by save scumming from the night before.
2) adventure books are better than training at night in the beginning, but are offset by requiring you to go to town on one of your off days (sat/sun) and also requires 300 gold per book (unless it is discounted from an event or something). Your sister can gift you the training equipment that costs 1k (granted, its once a week and may require keeping her in a good mood for a week), but if you buy the two 1k equipment, you can gain more focused training stats to raise damage higher. I would honestly suggest using money for green tea and books before worrying about equipment (will touch on later my reasoning).
3) it might be completely possible to have your sister offer herself to you in the bath before you do any nightime activities to her. Raising her interest and lust enough can cause taking a bath together to be lewd, and if you wash first, she can offer to wash your hair and body. If her lust is high enough, she will actually initiate lewd activities (which actually surpised me because i did nothing during the nights and she actually gave a bj because her lust and interest was high enough).
4) a common problem seems to be becoming a farmer during a certain event. I never had this happen, but my guess is that they were speeding through text (you can hold down mouse click to speed up talking/waiting for boxes to fill) and either never had sister cook or never obtained the chef skill (or its bugged and requires the patch is a 3rd possiblity). Basically, you need to have eaten a meal your sister cooks during the time frame and you will yell its delicious and have an idea. The sister says something along the lines of "you should work on your cooking skill" which is located on the bottom row of skills and costs 20 skill points. I unlocked it when she said that and have never gotten that ending. (another small tip: check the skills often. You may notice a skill unlocks and requires you to spend sp to relock. Hole in one and quick finish are examples)
5) Stamina cap is a great investment early on until you reach 60-70. More stamina means more things you can do at night or on hunts/adventures. Balancing stat gains with raising guilds rep is difficult, unless you focus on just community service/tavern/hunt and jogging for stamina cap, which is why i mentioned adventuring books for stats until you can unlock full training equipment boost.
Just progress the DLC story some more. After some events occur you'll be able to call them.
