How to load a save file from in-game? Or do we need to close/reopen the game everytime?

F12 returns to the main menu. There's no confirmation dialog, so be careful with it!

Also F5 changes graphics quality low/med/high. F4 changes window size / fullscreen.

F12 is also the default screenshot key on Steam, so it's better to have it changed to something else, unless you want to take a screenshot every time when you restart.
