1 PC 2 STEAM Accounts?

Is it possible to have two STEAM accounts and log into the game from the same PC? My brother and I want to play TL, but while I would play at night, he would play during the day, both from the same PC. Does this violate any game rules? I'm asking because when we tried, a policy message alert appeared, but after reading it, it wasn't clear whether we were allowed to or not.

It is not a problem at all.

It is only a problem when you trade lucent, I think.

Although i don't play this game with 2 accounts. Best to ask their AGS support.
