RMT and unjustified penalties
I am one of the players that got unjustified punished for RMT.
I saw various blue high priced items, so I crafted them.
Then I sold similar items for the same price not many just a couple.
Got a few lucky sales here and there made some lucent around 5000 total in the time span of 3-4 months.

I did not purchase lucent illegally yet support claims I did.
I tried to talk to them and they gave me an automated reply.
I went on asking just to see it from my side:
I sell items in the action house for simply the lowest price I see the item.

This is to warn other players do not sell full items (great success) above a certain threshold.
The reason why I post this is I asked various times about it and they warned me today:
If I keep asking about the account penalties they put on me they will just bann me.

A fair player running a guild, I lost many players over this who did also not RMT but got punished or banned and just left. Crafting items and selling them is just part of the game. Now that a person buys them who used RMT, how can you prevent that?
Long story short, don't craft items and sell them, you might be in the next bann wave.

I hope this story can help some other players!

With kind regards,

So let me ask you.... did you come back and continue to play?

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that a ''normal person'' that gets supposedly ripped off by a company or anyone for that matter, doesn't normally return to that place to get ripped off again.

You have to keep in mind, this argument, excuse or whatever you call it has all been used millions of times before by bots and farmers. And if I'm being totally honest with you, while reading your post I was saying in the back of my head ''bla bla bla, upset about bot account getting nuked, bla bla bla'' which might be totally unfair on my part. But.... that's what you're up against with this avenue of complaint.

So which is it? Are you:

A) The battered spouse that comes back time and time again for more battering, because ''you love blablablah''

or..

B) The genuinely concerned gamer that only makes posts to genuinely ''look-out for others'' here on good ol'Steam, full of the best of characters and totally non-toxic.

So describe to me again, how are you not full of feces in this regard?

I play because I got many friends playing and I am a guild leader, if I was solo I would have quit. Either way I am not here to defend myself just to warn others.

Also if they were 100% sure I was a botter and/or RMT er they would have banned me. They just took away all my lucent, now I can get it back by spending another 100 euro which I did and my girlfriend spent 150 euro on cosmetics alone.

It is not the point of money but the principle, if you are out here just to bash other human players, have a look in the mirror. Unlike you I care about other that includes you that claims I am full of feces…

Regardless of what happened, I think the future of the game is pretty clear to a lot of people.

Based on past experience with other MMOs distributed by ags, and current state of the game, things seem a bit grim.

Connectivity bugs not being fixed quickly, delaying new content despite low playerbase and pushing cosmetics rather than working on issues or meaningful events that are fun, like they used to in L2. Core of the game designed to be played as a group but mechanics creating the most toxic community ever. Point of the game being pvp and classes being so out of balance.

I originally started playing with a group of friends, as we met 20 years ago in Lineage 2 and managed to stay close all these years. I planned toove on to PoE2 as I am a hardcore PoE player, but decided to stay and play as a group.

The original poster may not have expressed himself properly or clearly enough, but the way events unfolded is just sad from a player's perspective.
In most parts of the world, you are considered innocent until proven guilty. Punishing someone on "suspicion of doing something" is not what anyone should aspire to.

I play because we play as a group, I suspect this game will be done within three months after Talandre is out. Looks to me that Amazon was just in to make a quick buck. It's fine, we'll move on to monster hunter or something else who cares.

yeah I crafted various items and sold them for 100-1000 lucent depending on the lowest price of the shop. You buy a lithograph get lucky with great success and sell the item or extracts. Anyways if you think making 100 sales and 2000 lucent is much think about players who sell 1 item for 45000 lucent like world boss drops. My money of 5000 lucent in 4 months of playing and selling literally 1000 items is nothing really compared to RMT or high end guilds.

But look my post is to warn other players of selling full items for high prices, do with it as you wish, for those that read it.

I made over 100k+ Lucent items sold as a completely legit F2P player without a single penalty.

Either your server cluster is filled with RMTers or you were too "unlucky" "wink wink" 'nudge nudge" that RMT Lucent landed on your inventory.

Our server is really bad in general, full of Spanish cheaters who bot and do RMT...
The logic still remains if I see an item being sold for 100 lucent why would I sell mine for 10, I just price it at 100 too... but either way it is funny how everyone is stating I am doing RMT, but not all systems are 100% good neither this their way of catching people apparently.

Either way the game started with many players and our server is pure ♥♥♥♥, hope the mergers bring change.

Boink you made 100.000 lucent I find that difficult to believe since I play a lot and I am not near that number at all more around 15k give or take. Now I can make the same snarky comment, you were just too "lucky" "wink wink" 'nudge nudge" that "all that regular" Lucent landed on your inventory.

Are you a min-maxed, though? You can "play" a lot, but is your focus making Lucent or random PvP/PvE?

Here is my Steam receipt

But yeah, I would have questioned whether the price of those goods at 100 lucent is legit. If it is 10x the price, that is a given. That is why you don't see a big negative lucent on my character.
nah this kid owns like 200+ games 150 are untouched im gonna too say more money then brains and got tons of illegal lucent took a luc hit now cant main into T2 with - LUC get rekt kid
For those of you who say that you did nothing and got punished just a tip : Get a lawyer and go for it . I know for a fact if I got something like that and I did nothing wrong it is a win 100% so shut the hell up with this and either do something about it or sus it

darn those lucky sales....
Guys, wake up. You can already buy Lucent from AGS and be a kraken for PvP, with *illegal* RMT or not. Sad story, AGS just don't know how to distribute games, only books. This makes you think twice before putting anything on the auction house. I'm a new player and these stories doesn't give me any confidence.
