Why spear aoe targets ppl who are invisible ... Do you think it's proper design choice to have so much aoe noon target aoe in game that doesn't require even 5% of proper targeting?

because invisibility is not the same as invulnerability, aoe will still hit you if you are inivisible, does not matter which weapon outputs that aoe
