how to get the lvl60 blue runes? i have lots of lvl20\40 and some 40+blue runes, now how to lvl to 60? is it necessary to delete the white and green ones, just keep the blue ones?

you can delete all of them freely it doesnt matter level of your runes are bind to your character to level runes up to 60 you need to go t4 t5 + dungeons the best option just to spam t5 dungeons

Also the weekly to get 150 runes is a way to level up

ah i have another question. blue runes have socketed on my gears, do they lvl up automatically when i got new runes in my inventory? is it a best way to switch to lvl60 runes in my inventory when i collected them?

yeah you will just get new one but higher level
