For wand bow users, i strongly recommend getting a purple staff and investing on dps abilities for solo content and bosses. A staff of umbramancer and a 50 30 10 30 goes a long way already
I've already tried all of that and you can do without the few more crit or dps because in the final content, which is PVP, you simply don't need to go into the arena as a healer.
In PVE the same thing, go into an open dungeon solo as a healer, you beat a mob for hours while others run past and one hit everything around you.
No matter how skilled or equipped the healer is the loser and then you'll get hit on stupid if you don't heal straight away... because you're bleeding to death somehow haha
I'm very happy for you, at least one person can be happy.
Unfortunately, the 99% of other healers all complain about the same thing.
for conflict bosses your personal contribution is irrelevant, so anyone can get drops by just being present, cause its guild contribution based and one random guild member gets it. That is one possibility.
Second, keep in mind that theres two loot pools, one is contribution based and the other is entirely random. So theres always a chance that you get something, but that chance is equally divided bewtween the hundreds of players. It also requires some loot to actually drop for that pool, which is not always the case. Sometimes only one purple drops.
