how to bind the 'skill cancel'?

Hi guys,
when i press a skill it shows a marker and the skill activates when i release the key unless i right click on mouse which cancels the skill.
does anyone know how to bind the 'cancel skill' from the mouse right click to a different key?

What kind of mode are you using? It is weird.

If i click my right mouse i do select AND attack a target (if in range).

I have to either press the attack toggle button or ESC to stop it.
