Oh yeah, that explains everything.
Ban is totally valid, you should know better.
No, you'll not be getting that account back.
Fatori,
With 218 hours it looks like you've played quite a bit for Amazon to suddenly ban you for a bad name unless this is a repeat offense, you created a new character with a name they didn't like or they may not have even given you a valid reason and just don't care.
Who knows, some account manager/reviewer could have had a bad day and just said I'm going to Eff with someone's account today and perma-ban to make themselves feel better.
Big game companies literally don't care who they ban or why and won't try to resolve 99.99% of the time since there are so many players they already have on the hook.
Anyway,
You may have already tried this route however this is the only one I know of. Good luck with your account.
Go to the Amazon game website and try appealing a penalty there. As mentioned they will not review repeat appeals but there is also a link for more help.

Tip: If you believe that have you incorrectly received a penalty, you can appeal by following the steps here.

There are no other channels for appealing your penalty. Filing multiple appeal tickets won't expedite the appeal process, and we won't review an appeal request more than once.

You understand that an mmorpg has RPG in it, stand for roleplaying, which uses actual names, not random ♥♥♥♥. Unless your irl name is dumbass, i find it normal to have some kind of filter not for the sake of filtering insults but more for the rp of the game itself
Thanks for the advice, but I’ve already tried everything. The problem is that when I submit a ticket to Amazon, I receive a response, but when I reply to that response, my message is handled by a different person. This causes the context of my issue to get lost.
Additionally, they’ve limited the ticket system to only 1024 characters, which makes it impossible to describe the problem in detail. Amazon Games doesn’t have live chat or phone support—only a ticket system, and it works terribly. All the responses are purely scripted. At one point, I received SIX identical messages telling me that I’d been given a nickname change ticket and that I needed to log into the game to change my nickname.
I spent two weeks trying to get a proper response to my issue. The last thing they told me was, “We don’t see a ban on your account.” I checked, and the ban is there.
I’ve given up trying to appeal my ban because it’s pointless. They don’t provide real support when the issue becomes even slightly complicated. Now, I’m playing on a new account, but it’s frustrating that they handle things this way.
