Hello, my guild leader was hacked last night. Someone expeled all members sold his items and delete all other items. He is playing on Playstation i want only know is there someone who had similiar problem or it just us. thanks

Your guild leader wasnt hacked. your guild manage to get a drop which was worth a lot and he decided to take it all for him self.

My steam account got hacked. I was able to get that back. I was the guild leader and they kicked anyone who was recently active and transfer leadership and renamed the guild it to SIA. On server Soulfire NA West. Lucky enough they didn't deleted my items. They sold whatever valued equipment I had they could sell on the auction house and stole my lucent. Amazon said they couldn't help me sadly. Farewell to the guild Kenyan Armada stolen by hackers.

why are you lying and blaming some "hacker" for no reason, why would a hacker give a single ♥♥♥♥ about your games, they hack you for money, not to ruin your game progress and and giggle maniacly because they did something naughty.

it depends on the perpetrators. some are only after money and want to make a profit. by stealing personal data (online banking) and perhaps selling in-game items to make in-game gold that they can then sell

others are psychopaths from your personal environment such as "friends" in real life or online, guild members etc. who have something against you and want to harm you by damaging your account, e.g. by deleting items and kicking guild members. someone who is professional and only after money would have no time for such nonsense. but I wouldn't call them hackers if they know so much about you that they can guess the password

either way, it's your own fault if you go to dubious sites and have your data stolen, have enemies who disguise themselves as your own environment and don't protect your accounts with 2-step security

To be fair there were such cases of steam accounts being hacked with the sole purpose of stealing lost ark gold, which was worth a pretty penny.

what is even the point on bringing up a story like this on steam? evry body who play online games know about this and nobody can do anything about this.
