Staff GS Frost buffs to Arena

Im currently only top 500 arena player with this staff gs build.
The class is weak and needs a desperate buff.
Im talking about the frost capabilities not the fire.

Frost needs more movement speed reduction or somekind of other debuff to be fair with the other classes and their crazy damages. Currently its too weak.
Examble frost burn damage or something else that u can use the burn passive, or maybe when frost is applied it reduces attackspeed or maybe damage/defenses.

The damage transfer when frost is applied is great and you can use it to make great counterplays in arena please dont touch that that is the only thing that makes this class even somehow playable.

Bugs:
Thunder blessing aoe damage sometimes doesent appear and it mitigates all the damage and mana regain even with the CC protection specialation, somehow u can get out of the thunderblessing animation. I think some skills can come trough CC PROTECTION shield specialation and cancel the whole thing out. Or maybe it is just a bug in the game. It more often happens in pvp not in pve so thats why i think it is a skill. If it is sleep i think CC protection shoud apply to that also. Im using the manashield as a tanking tool so for me this ability is crucial and if the bug appears it ruins the whole spell rotation when im stuck manaless in the middle of the fight.

Thank you. Hope to see you fullfill your promises of making every weapon combination possible. This playstyle is amazing, high mobility, decent damage and crazy outplay potential. If there is a unkillable paladin build, range cc and tanks that do damage pretty much aswell as dps this shoud pe option too. I cannot belive that some of these classes are so much out of tune. It is ridicilous. Check your numbers please.
