World bosses are a different story than dungeon bosses. You can have 3.6k CP but who gets the loot is the GROUP / GUILD that does most damage, it has nothing to do with single players.
your post is an assumption, have you read their official rules which explain how supposedly loot from world bosses works? Party/guild has nothing to do with peace bosses

Take it from someone who got 17 World Boss drops from a less populated server and dominant alliance.
If you are a try hard free to play like me you can also hop from your server and tag from a different one (defending if it's worth)
Nah, my server is not really that populated, I just find it funny that I got 0 purple drops from over 100 world bosses
In the end it is all about luck.
A guildie of mine bought a Adentus Greatsword with Heavy Attack, went to an Adentus and got a Crit Adentus Greatsword.
absolutely incorrect.. for Peace Boss, it's all too simple:
- boss has 100% hp;
- you deal damage to boss and that accounts for a X% of his total HP;
- when the boss dies, each player has their X% of chance of acquire an item, and that number will account for 100%;
even when they said heals "contribute" they do not, tanking also.. it's damage, and they chose to notify that way otherwise all tanks and healers are gone..
also, your CP means nothing in terms of damage.. what counts are weapons maxed and traited, stat points distributed correctly, most attribute points to increase damage and obviously, all skills to level 5.. and you can do all of that with less way less than 3000 CP.
This always bothers me what I don't understand is how does this entirely work. One time in a guild we got 3 Belt of Bloodlust drop from Conflicts. I understand it is always guaranteed 1 purple per boss.
I wonder if Conflicts have MORE potential "purples" or it is base on a certain threshold
