Hello everyone, I have a question related to blessings, can I use a rare armor item with a maximum of 3 trail lines and level 1 and then transfer it to an epic armor item to get 960 blessings? And can it be done multiple times?

you can only transfer into a piece of gear once, there is an icon with 2 swords with an arrow going from one sword to the other on the bottom right when selecting the armor/weapon, if its NOT grey then you can transfer into that armor/weapon.

you can transfer level 1 max trait blue weapons/armor BUT its better to level up the blue to Lv9 and the purple to Lv7, so you can skip to Lv9 on the purple. it costs a lot of gold and materials to go from Lv7-Lv9 with purple gear.
