Server Transfer Issue in Throne and Liberty - Need Help Resolving a Persistent Bug!

Hey everyone,

I'm experiencing a technical issue with transferring my character to another server in Throne and Liberty, and I’m hoping the community can help or that others who have faced this issue can share their insights.

Transfer Requirements (All Met)
Required Level (10+): ✅

No transfer in the past 30 days: ✅

Not in a guild: ✅

No active marketplace transactions: ✅

All in-game messages read and items collected: ✅

The Issue
When I attempt to transfer my character, everything indicates I meet the requirements, but the transfer fails with an error message saying I don’t meet the prerequisites. However, the interface clearly shows that all requirements are green-lit.

Additional Observations :
For the past few weeks, I’ve also noticed a bug with the auction house: a pop-up keeps asking me to confirm a transaction even though no transactions are pending. This issue persists even after several server restarts and may be related to the transfer issue.

Steps I've Already Taken
Tried the transfer on a different computer to rule out local issues (no luck)

Contacted support but haven’t received any real help so far

Has Anyone Else Had This Issue?

I have a similar problem, i want to transfer my char to another server so when i try to purchase the ticket with 3kk i cant because it doesnt show me the ticket to by. There s only a message saying "product unavailable"
and dont know what to do.

Just had a similar issue. Tried to purchase a ticket to change regions and I got "Purchase unavailable try again later" so I guess they're having a lot of issues right now.

I had problems moving to Lottie but i got sent to Desire and when i requested this issue they couldn't do anything (basically lie) with auto responds
