From the patch notes:

"Accounts with negative Lucent balances will no longer be able to receive Lucent distributions from their guild."

Which means that the people that bought lucent from third sites, will have to spend money and buy lucent from ncsoft/amazon to be able to balance their lucent amount back to normal.

Good stuff.

They have negative lucent because ncsoft removed all the lucent they bought from third sites and spend that lucent on the market.

Massive L take. How can a company say that RMT has such a negative impact on the game, when they literally allow people to make RMT?!? They only won't allow it because its "less" profit for them, even though at some point, someone already paid for that lucent lmao. W game. L money hungry devs.
