Tried installing the game to a different NVMe, to a SATA SSD, nothing.
Latest BIOS, Latest Chipset Driver, Latest GPU Driver.
Tried Disabling Rebar, DX12, Motherboard Audio Driver, iGPU. Tried all in game settings, changing Temp location, checked for memory leak, tried playing with JUST THE GAME and Steam Running (and Riot Vanguard).
The only thing that I haven't tried yet is to Disable Riot's Vanguard but I doubt it will fix it, gonna try after the maintenance.
I installed the game to my extremely under-powered laptop compared to my Desktop and it was all fine :')
- Disable Hair strands
- reduce Character count
- reduce Shadow quality
- reduce effect quality
- reduce Character quality
Those things have highest effect when there is a lot of players in one place and expecially on WB combat
If not enough you can try things like Ambient occlusion and Vegetation quality.
kr works perfect btw
Yea the first few weeks it ran butter smooth even when there was HUGE crowds of people. Now after the few latest updates, I get FPS drops even when there is no one around.
I don't know what they did, but they need to reverse it.
edit: playing most on high, shaders on epic, loading shaders epic and population min
Did you set the FPS Max through Radeon Chill?
