stuck at 0% installing

so i downloaded the update a few mins ago when i got back and its stuck now at 0% installing.

I already tried clearing download cache and it didn't help.

Any suggestions

i validated files and it seams to have fixed it just paused the download and validated might work for you

same thing is happening to me. Installed a huge patch and now stuck at installing 0%. Not frozen. So are the servers also down?

Not the whole game but half of it. Now after re-updating is says corrupt files. Steam is Verifying right now. Cross some fingers.
