Where is the games support?

Just bought a 20 dollar package, appears as DLC in my account. Received nothing.

im pretty sure you need to click the button right below the cupon button on the far right side of the ESC menu. i got all my things there and people think they will get it in the mailing system, so give it a try and let me know :)

You have to go to Amazon for support.
But they just finished putting ad's in their 30day trial, goodluck.

yea i been checking the box, not just the mail. and yea no twitch drops.. I got the coins.. but the blue bird and yarn ball, haven't shown up. have them claimed and such through twitch.

Check your game and Steam settings to see if your Steam Overlay is disabled - if so, enable it - had this issue and everything appeared once this was done.

Did you check the storage chest tab in your shop or in menu by chance?
Thats where all your additional content stuff goes when you get it
