Unable to buy items in Auction House with Lucent

So my lucent is not working in AH but i can buy items in the regular pay shop. i need somone to help me with this

They said need to wait 2-3 days to uphold the lucent before you can spend on AH, but not their own store!

I have the same problem, I bought lucent yesterday, do I have to wait 3 days then?

Yesterday i saw a lot of (+150HP) accessory traits on the AH for 20(!!!) Lucents. So i bought 2 of them since i needed those. Closed the AH, reailzed i need 1 more, so i checked back the AH and the cheapest one was selling for 287. Guess what, i was charged for 287 for the previous ones aswell. What is this???
