Cant Buy Lucent (Error 1008)

Has anyone found a work around for this error? Trying to buy lucent and literally cant. Steam overlay is enabled and family mode disabled. Havent heard a word from devs about this issue and the TL discord has mentioned it several times. Doesnt happen to everyone only some people for some reason. 2 Days ago I was able to but now I cant.

Sent in a ticket to amazon about this issue and got a generic robot response back.
