If I can't sell the items that drop from monsters, why should I play?

MMO is all about online interaction. If I can't sell items to other players or sell monster drops, why would I play an online game

In the New World, I didn't have to do things I didn't like. Even if you went to gather wood, you could sell it at the market, earn money, and buy the weapons, armor, and equipment you wanted. However, in this game, making money is tied to 2-3 specific activities, and if you don't do them, you can't progress. Constantly doing the same 2-3 activities gets boring, and you lose the desire to play.

It's incredibly difficult to sell items in this game. If I could just mine, gather herbs, and fish, then sell those items to buy what I want, there would be no problem. But the game system prevents that. I know the game well, but the market system is terribly designed. Selling items on the market is pure torture

selling items - yes difficult
selling their extracted traits - easy as sh*t

get trait extraction stones and there you go
the game even offers button to directly search auction house for specific traits
so you can check prices and know if extraction is worth

All it takes is one youtube video to find ts out bro, just craft it into a trait if your broke, or a lithograph if you already have lucent.

its the usual korean time sink plot to get u to eat up your precious time doing these dumb mechanics fyi it caters to the hardcore 24/7 crowd or no lifers if u hv a job or real life responsibilities imo just do something that uses your quality time... this game does nothing except forces u to grind for gear grind to create stuff to sell etc...

If they "CRIT" they are sellable. The item gets a clamp around its border.

From what I've read, "Traits" for equipment and weapons sell in the Auction House fairly easy. What he's asking, and to an extent myself, is that if there's a way to sell the actual equipment or weapon? Or can you make an equipment and weapon from just the Trait itself?
