Unreal crash error

I have been playing for 600 hours in the last few months, and since a few days (1 day before holiday update) my game started to crash, sometimes, after some time playing, and sometimes at the moment I select my character, and its very constant and imposible to play like that.

"An unreal process has crashed: UE4-TL1.282.22.1002"

and the error say that i dont have any debugging symbols required to display the callstack for this crash.

if you have 13 or 14th gen intel cpu you will need to update your bios. unreal is an issue on 13 and 14 gen. it overvolts your cpu causing a crash. when you do get a code it will be for a gpu issue or RAM.... it isnt either of those things trust me. update your bios, it will cap volts and your game wont crash anymore

i Updated everything, delete reinstall, CPU update etc. What seems to have worked for me was BIOS update. Nothing else fixed as I tried the game after each troubleshoot, game would crash 20-30min in. BIOS update is what seemed to have fixed issue., I'm running AMD 7800x3d AM5 mobo.

for me is my emotes, for every emote i do that last more than 30 second, it crashes my game. I pray to an orange , i crash. i dance, i crash. i do squats up the elevator, I crash.

i used to get unreal errors almost daily when i had 16 gb of ram now that i moved to 32gb i get not crashes at all

I also have 32 GB of RAM, sometimes there are no crashes at all, and sometimes in 3 hours of play, the crash happens 5-10 times.
