Level 45, No Dungeons Queued

I am trying to reach the level cap and farm my blues to upgrade traits, but I almost never see a group posted for dungeons in my level range.

When I use matchmaking, a group is almost never formed.

What are most active players doing?

Don't bother . Just get level 50 and it will be raining T2 blues in open world dungeons which use abyss tokens as currency for drops and mats. Gear up a bit by training T2 blues and leveling those up while gaining power. Full blues traited and leveled should be probably 3500 CP which will get you through basically all tier 3 dungeons. Focus on tier 2 purples slowly and don't expect to get those maxed quickly it's a slow and painful process to say the least.
