Star Shop broke & Reduced CP

So I'm seeing the change in runes as somewhat ugly greyscale but more manageable, I reinstalled all my runes but I'm around 60-100 CP less than when I logged out. I gained some back with the 2 crappy chaos runes I got for free.

Some runes seem to be missing, skill damage boost, maybe i'm overlooking it.

Dawn Traveler's Start Shop is down, fix please. I paid money for star crystals and now can't use it, mind you, it wasn't much but not the point.
