Famous fishing locations

For a while now I have been unable to work out when the famous fishing locations appear. Since Talandre was introduced it seems like they are only shown on the map once they are down to 30 seconds left. I've managed to get to a few now and arrived just soon enough to watch it disappear. There was noone around fishing, which suggests to me that these fishing spots weren't emptied but disappeared naturally.
Basically I'm just wondering if anyone has made any useful observations on how to actually find a famous fishing location. Because since Talandre released, it has been impossible for me.

The times also seem to be completely random now. I've seen locations disappear at X:45, at X:15 and X:00 so at least as far as I can tell there's no pattern to when they appear anymore.

Famous Fishing Locations are bugged (like 95% of this game).
Fishing locations only appear for 1min. So its quite impossible to get fish from famous location right now.

Bugs and Maintenance, it is genuinely incredible how buggy this game gets with each passing month.

Damn... Yeah, i mean, the game has some bugs for sure. I just wasn't sure if this was one of them. Guess I won't be filling up that fishing codex until they fix that then.
