Turn off Amitoi Commentary Bubbles and Arena Windows???

I've been doing the holiday event and more than ever it has become increasingly annoying how the game throws up the chat bubbles with the arena moderator talking and its the same in game when the Amitoi decides to talk. The bubble takes up half my window. The arena Rules window is also annoying I have to close it every time which is difficult with controller. I play on pc with controller and the UI is scaled for readability on my television and these popups are taking up half the screen. I can barely see what I'm doing and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to turn them off if that is even an option?
Anybody else fed up with the useless popups?

Sadly no, they are useful when hunting Mystical Portals, they say when you're close to them

Even that's kinda pointless because you can just go to Raging wilds and find orbs on the minimap. The portals only spawn in like 2 places there and once you find them you know where they are. If I can't turn off the amitoi at least let me rearrange the UI on xbox mode so I can move them out the way.
